an exposition

“The older you do get, the more rules they are going to try and get you to follow”

Nothing fits better for a start than this realistic quote from Dazed & Confused. And while Mattew McConaughey’s voice is echoing in my head with the vital L-I-V-I-N, I still remain on the self-reflection side. So, why shouldn’t I dedicate my lazy writing to it?

Voices were with me for a while, but not so often. They took chances on the road in order to signal me that something is not right. Or even wrong, we’ll get there later. Now, close to the philosophical side of it.
I’m pretty aware of rolling a boulder high to let it slide and start over again, but it feels like there is still an option to park it near the bushes and have a break for a while.
The most significant thing is that series named the timeline bureau.
Yeah, I’ll possibly print this on my card. The concept is not easy to explain in a couple of sentences, because it was born yesterday.
See, I spend a lot of hours wondering about quantum fluctuations in my friends’ lives. It appears to me that I could interpret them metaphrically. As far as I am concerned, it’s something floating between realms of nostalgia, dreams and future predictions.

The biggest spoiler that I could announce is there will be no structure in here. Not common structure, for sure. Like the universe itself, the creatures here could be absolutely random. And the events are suspiciously chaotic. But what can I do about it? I could show you only a piece of the planet’s history. Only people who I’ve met, only dreams that I’ve experienced.
And the genre awaits a lot of good music, so turn it on!

As a pure example of the first part I wanted to tell about my greatest moment on Earth so far. It was June of ’17, the concert of Metronomy in Saint Petersburg. An out of space experience for me. For that time I was already aware of cruising dimensions, and somehow circumstances come to this gig. I was prepared perfectly: the whitest shirt alive, the favourite nikes on. From the first second of the performans I was on a different layer of reality. If you’ll ask the band they probably will not recall me, but I felt as a part of the Metronomy. I mean, they are significant to me. It was like the coolest dream came through. I was dancing and singing along to every song right in front of the stage. Yeah, I could’ve held a poster with “PLEASE I WANT TO PLAY THE BAY WITH YOU”. But I wasn’t that confident and stupidly brave at that time. I may yet not be good enough. Imagine how embarrassing it could be if I’d messed up with The Bay chords.
Anyways, I had a ton of dopamine from that night, pretty sure I was sharing it all over for the next two weeks or so.
Yeah, looks like there are no useful statements and no practical advice in the exposition.
Look, I’ve made a gif with them!

I want to believe that you believe me now. I mean, every story about mind experiments sounds alienated, but I’ll be clear. There are many things to study, many states to explore. As I briefly mentioned before, I could tell only about certain periods of time and connected fluctuations. And don’t be scared if you were a part of it, I’ll probably change the names. And I don’t have all the pictures, of course. The coolest thing is you could decide what to discuss next. It could be a regular recall or a specific event that you wanted to visit in time with my chaotic guidance.
I’m glad that I was alone in this introduction, cause it’ll be rude to overload you with heroes and villians in the first 2 minutes of our encounter.
Also, I’m thinking about shifting between forms of art. Today you are able to see the text here, but next week we’ll discuss “moving from town to town” on the podcast or whatever.
Sure, the resources ain’t endless, but what about opportunities?

I appreciate that musical kind of entrence. Hope there will be more soon. What will voices say? Let’s draw our mind map with our first entities.

Let’s find something about your best moments, shall we?
